Whitney has been working as a paralegal since 2013 and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies from National Paralegal College. Whitney moved to Traverse City with her family from Tampa, Florida in 2018, and joined the Neumann Law Group team in February 2021. Her practice in Florida was solely dedicated to medical malpractice and nursing home negligence claims. She has attended 7 trials and had limited involvement in R.J. Reynolds tobacco and BP Oil Spill Litigation.

She prides herself on seeking out the minute details of a case that truly matter and on her sense of urgency. Working with those who are catastrophically injured has enhanced Whitney’s sense of compassion and understanding of those issues and how to ‘put back what can be put back, fix what can be fixed, and provide compensation for those things that cannot be fixed or put back’. Despite her extensive experience in personal injury and medical negligence claims, Neumann Law Group has helped to develop Whitney’s expertise in criminal defense, family law, civil rights, and product liability matters.

When not working with clients, Whitney and her husband are making the most of their time with their 8-year-old son and their dogs, Buttercup and Dutchess.
