Mary Yoder is a native to Leelanau County and has lived in Northern Michigan for most of her life. She recently entered the legal profession; however, has prior experience with the facets of law as her father was a District Judge/Magistrate, and grandfather served as a Prosecutor and Judge in Leelanau County. Mary handles all new potential case calls, takes detailed summaries, and presents them to Kelly Neumann for evaluation. She has extensive knowledge of the right questions to ask for each individual situation and has mastered the art of presenting a case in a way that is simple—yet detailed enough for a thorough evaluation.
Mary has the skills to evaluate potential auto injury, slip/trip & fall injuries, dog bites, criminal defense, family law, product liability, workers compensation, SSD/SSDI, probate, civil rights infringement, collections, bankruptcies, and many other types of claims. Mary is able to speak to people on a human level and is always compassionate and patient.
